Giveaway rules

1. Free to enter — no purchase or payment of any kind is needed, and buying a trip does not improve your chances.
2. Open to residents of India aged 18 or over. Deshraah staff, partners and their families can't enter.
3. One entry per person. Entries sharing an email or mobile number count as one. Entries close on 30 September 2026.
4. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries after entries close. We contact winners by email and phone within 7 days; if a winner doesn't reply within 14 days we draw again.
5. The prize is 3 days Kheerganga & Tosh Valley trip, covering what the trip's own page lists as included. Travel to the pickup city, and anything the trip page lists as not included, isn't covered unless stated above.
6. The trip must be taken within 12 months, on dates we agree together, subject to availability and season. It can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and we may offer a trip of equal value if this one can't run.
7. We may share the winner's first name and city. We use your details only to run this giveaway, and to send offers only if you ticked that box — you can ask us to delete them at any time.
8. Deshraah may end or change the giveaway if something outside our control stops it running fairly. Our decision on the draw is final.
