1. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each package page lists exactly what is included (stay, breakfasts, listed experiences, local transport) and excluded (flights/trains to the base city, meals not listed, personal shopping, travel insurance). The itemized list on the package page is the binding inclusion list for that booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
[DRAFT — pending final numbers] Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before the trip start date; 50% refund for 7–14 days; non-refundable inside 72 hours. Weather and other force-majeure disruptions are handled separately under Section 8.
3. Itinerary Change Rights
Deshraah reserves the right to substitute a vendor, host, or venue of equal or better quality if an original partner becomes unavailable (e.g. a monument closure, a host illness), and will notify travelers of any such change as soon as practical.
4. Liability Limitations
[DRAFT] Deshraah is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or third-party vendor conduct beyond a duty of reasonable care in vendor selection. Travelers are strongly encouraged to carry independent travel insurance.
5. Traveler Conduct & Eligibility
Some add-on activities carry age or fitness restrictions, noted on the relevant add-on. Valid photo ID is required at stay check-in. Group size limits apply per package tier.
6. Add-on Terms
Add-ons requested after the initial enquiry are subject to availability. Photography/videography add-ons in particular require advance vendor lock-in and may not be available inside 72 hours of the trip start date.
7. Payment Terms
[DRAFT] Deshraah does not collect payment on the website. After you send an enquiry, a travel expert confirms the itinerary and final price with you directly; the payment schedule (deposit vs full payment) and any price-lock window will be specified in your written confirmation.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or government travel advisories, Deshraah will offer a reschedule or credit in place of a cash refund wherever reasonable.
