How we work

Deshraah plans, books and coordinates your trip and is your single point of contact from enquiry to return. Services on the ground — stays, transport, trek operations and activities — are provided by locally licensed partners we select and work with. Full terms: deshraah.in/terms.

• Learning built in: Each day ties to what's taught: Mughal and Rajput history, rivers and forests, crafts and local life — with a local host who explains.
• Parent forms online: One link for parents: consent, medical notes, emergency contact and food — teachers see who's done.
• Supervision you can see: Separate rooms for girls and boys, the student-to-teacher ratio you set, and a daily plan with timings.
• One quote, clear payments: Per-student price with complimentary teacher seats shown, a payment schedule and GST invoice.

Safety

• A first-aid kit on every trip; first-aid trained trek leaders on treks
• Pulse-oximeter checks morning and evening on treks, and oxygen carried on high-altitude treks
• Separate rooming for girls and boys; women staff with girls' groups on request
• Vetted stays and drivers; night travel only when agreed in advance
• Every student's medical notes and emergency contact with the trip leader
• An emergency plan with the nearest hospital for each stop

1. Tell us the class, headcount, dates, budget and learning goals
2. Get a written quote within 48 hours — per student, teacher seats, payment schedule
3. Share the plan with management and parents; we can join a call or PTM
4. Parents fill the online form — consent, medical, emergency contact
5. Pre-trip briefing for teachers; printed itinerary and emergency numbers
6. The trip — daily updates to the school coordinator
7. Invoice, photos for your newsletter and a feedback form

Payments and cancellation

No payment until the plan and price are confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed with an advance and our written confirmation; the balance is due before departure on the date in the confirmation. Cancellation and refunds follow our published terms (deshraah.in/terms); group-specific terms are written into your quote.
