How we work

Deshraah plans, books and coordinates your trip and is your single point of contact from enquiry to return. Services on the ground — stays, transport, trek operations and activities — are provided by locally licensed partners we select and work with. Full terms: deshraah.in/terms.

What we take care of

• Work and play, balanced: Meeting room or quiet workspace, then a trek, a heritage walk, a food trail or a river day.
• One invoice: A single GST invoice in your company's name; quotes valid for a fixed period.
• Fast quotes: A per-person quote within 48 hours, with options for room upgrades and add-ons.
• Employee forms online: One link for food, rooming and emergency details — HR sees who's done.

Safety

• Vetted stays and drivers
• First-aid kit on every trip; first-aid trained trek leaders and oximeter checks on treks
• Each traveller's emergency contact with the trip lead
• A plan B for weather and road closures

2. Get options and a written quote within 48 hours
3. Confirm with an advance; we lock stays and transport
4. Employees fill the online form — food, rooming, emergency contact

7. GST invoice, photos and feedback

Payments and cancellation

No payment until the plan and price are confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed with an advance and our written confirmation; the balance is due before departure on the date in the confirmation. Cancellation and refunds follow our published terms (deshraah.in/terms); group-specific terms are written into your quote.
