College & University Trips and Treks in India

How we work

Deshraah plans, books and coordinates your trip and is your single point of contact from enquiry to return. Services on the ground — stays, transport, trek operations and activities — are provided by locally licensed partners we select and work with. Full terms: deshraah.in/terms.

What we take care of

• Treks and trips students want: Kedarkantha, Kheerganga, Triund, Spiti, Rishikesh and more — or a department tour built around your syllabus.
• Faculty-friendly: Faculty seats shown on the quote, a single coordinator and a daily plan the department can approve.
• Online forms: Each student fills consent, medical and emergency details on one link — no paper chasing.
• Budget that works: Per-student price with room-sharing options, and a clear refund policy if someone drops out.

Safety

• First-aid trained trek leaders on every trek
• Pulse-oximeter checks morning and evening, and oxygen carried on high-altitude treks
• A clear alcohol and conduct policy agreed before the trip
• Separate rooming for women on request
• Every student's emergency contact with the trip leader

Step by step

1. Share the batch size, dates, budget and the kind of trip
2. Get a written quote within 48 hours
3. Department or council approval — we send the plan and safety note
4. Students fill the online form and pay their share (or the college pays)
5. Pre-trip briefing call and packing list
6. The trip — with daily check-ins to the faculty coordinator
7. Invoice and photos for your club's socials

Payments and cancellation

No payment until the plan and price are confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed with an advance and our written confirmation; the balance is due before departure on the date in the confirmation. Cancellation and refunds follow our published terms (deshraah.in/terms); group-specific terms are written into your quote.
