A different kind of safari: jeep drives plus a guided forest walk and a boat trip on the Denwa backwaters — walking is allowed only in the buffer zone, with a forest guard. Sightings are never guaranteed. Zones, permits and closure dates are set by the forest department (core zones of most tiger reserves close for the monsoon, roughly July–September); we book against the official quota and confirm before you pay.
