A jeep safari across the salt flats to see the Indian wild ass, flamingos, desert fox and raptors, best from November to March. Sightings are never guaranteed. Zones, permits and closure dates are set by the forest department (core zones of most tiger reserves close for the monsoon, roughly July–September); we book against the official quota and confirm before you pay.
