Jeep safari in Sasan Gir, the only home of the Asiatic lion. Permits are limited and booked online in advance, so dates fill quickly. The park is closed in the monsoon. Sightings are never guaranteed. Zones, permits and closure dates are set by the forest department (core zones of most tiger reserves close for the monsoon, roughly July–September); we book against the official quota and confirm before you pay.
